• Commercial aviation is racing to catch up. Airlines want more planes and Boeing and Airbus keep pushing to raise output. That means steady demand for assembly technicians, quality inspectors, and manufacturing engineers who can hold rate without cutting corners.

• Defense spending is funding real programs, not just study contracts. Missiles, munitions, and hypersonics are getting built at scale. Companies need machinists, test engineers, and systems people who can move fast and pass a background check. A security clearance still opens doors and raises pay.
