What the board is, how curation works, and what happens when you post.
- How is this different from ClearedJobs and the big aerospace boards?
- Cleared and Indeed list everything. We list very little, on purpose. They carry tens of thousands of jobs across every level. We carry a curated short list of aerospace and defense roles worth scanning, in a faster, cleaner interface. Use them for breadth. Use us when you want a quick read.
- How does curation work?
- We accept aerospace and defense roles from real companies with a complete job description. No contingency recruiters posting the same role five times under different titles. Roles that fall outside that get archived and refunded.
- Do I need US Person status for the roles here?
- Many roles require US Person status (citizen, green card, refugee or asylee) due to ITAR. Each posting flags this when applicable. If a role doesn't mention it, assume the requirement still applies for any defense-aligned position and check with the employer.
- Do you list cleared positions?
- Yes. Cleared roles (Public Trust through TS/SCI) appear on the board with the clearance level filter. You can filter the entire board to show only roles at your clearance level.
- What happens after I post a job?
- You pay through Stripe and your listing is created in a holding state. We send a one-click verification email to the address that will receive applications. Click the link, the listing goes live immediately. No review queue.
